Job Description:

As a hands-on leader, the BDC Manager will transform digital and phone inquiries into confirmed sales and service appointments. You will play a critical role in advancing dealership performance by refining processes, developing your team, and maximizing every opportunity for success. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee daily BDC operations, including inbound and outbound lead handling
  • Manage and coach the BDC team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and refine follow-up processes to increase appointment set and show rates
  • Monitor performance metrics (response time, conversion rates, KPIs) and drive improvements
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and enforce consistent processes
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure a seamless customer journey

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, business development centers (BDC), or customer service management
  • Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:
