Reliatus Behavioral Health is a leading recruiting organization specializing in supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organizations in finding top talent. We are seeking a Clinical Director / BCBA to lead clinical operations and provide high-quality ABA services.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually (commensurate with experience).

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 paid after 90 days of continuous employment.

  • Performance Bonus: $10,000 paid after 12 months of continuous employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership & Hybrid Operations: Oversee clinical operations and lead team meetings with the flexibility to manage administrative tasks and data reviews remotely.

  • Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct FBAs and skill assessments; develop and oversee individualized treatment plans using data-driven clinical decisions.

  • Supervision & Mentorship: Provide high-level clinical supervision and performance feedback to BCBAs and RBTs, utilizing a mix of in-person leadership and remote coordination.

  • Training & Collaboration: Guide parents, caregivers, and staff on ABA strategies and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to BACB ethical standards and maintain accurate, audit-ready clinical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Active BCBA credential in good standing.

  • Experience: Strong clinical and leadership skills, including significant experience in the supervision of ABA staff.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities; proficiency in managing teams in a hybrid environment.

  • Ethics: A deep commitment to ethical, compassionate, and family-centered care.

Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Full-time.

  • Location: Client site with hybrid remote possibility.

  • Travel: Occasional travel as needed to ensure clinical fidelity and team support.
