Seeking a motivated BCBA in North Phoenix, AZ to conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise clinical staff in supporting individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, etc.), implement evidence-based interventions, supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, collaborate with families, analyze data, maintain documentation, and work within ethical standards.
Qualifications: BCBA certification, Arizona licensure (or willingness), Master’s or Doctorate in related fields, at least 2 years of ABA experience, strong clinical and communication skills, reliable transportation, and pass background checks.
Preferred: Bilingual skills and assessment experience.
