Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time BCaBA to join our team and provide ABA services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and provide ongoing training and support to clients and their families. Responsibilities: - Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA - Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior - Assist in developing individualized treatment plans - Provide direct ABA services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills - Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans as needed - Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided - Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Qualifications: - Must be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and implementing ABA interventions - Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior support plans - Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and other community settings - Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and paid holidays - Professional development and training opportunities - Supportive and collaborative work environment If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and want to join a dynamic and growing team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
