Summary: BC Systems, Inc is a distribution and cooling company of raw agricultural products. A Assistant Supervisor provides support to all staff who receives, ship, and inventory those commodities and related supplies.
Job Function Statements - Essential Functions:
- Ability to work outdoors through all seasons and weather types including wind and rain, indoors under refrigerated conditions to 32F, wet, dusty, and noisy conditions
- Ability to process all documents in both paper and electronic formats in a "real-time" environment.
- Ability to work day, swing, or night shifts within a 7-day work week schedule.
- Full time positions are expected to travel throughout the year with the companies operations in California and Arizona.
- Acknowledge all types of carton materials, products and colors used in labeling
- Literacy required, English required
- Ability to monitor direct and indirect operations costs and compare to budgets
- Give tours as designated

- Familiarized with the cooling equipment.
Daily Tasks:
- Ensure execution of facility and equipment inspections including:
- 12-Pallet and 6,000 # forklifts.
- Vacuum tubes.
- Loading dock restraints.
