Bathroom Remodeling Specialist
Location: Kalida, OH
Pay: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance incentives
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Occasional overtime as projects require

What You'll Do
- Complete residential bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
- Install fixtures, vanities, trim, and finish carpentry elements
- Perform basic plumbing work, including valve and fixture replacements
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
What We're Looking For
- Experience in bathroom remodeling, home renovation, or residential construction
- Strong finish carpentry skills
- Basic plumbing knowledge and installation experience
- Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic hand tools required
- Direct in-home installation experience preferred
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
