Seeking a seasoned Baseline Availability Work Package Manager at SURFMEPP in Portsmouth, VA.
Responsible for supporting maintenance planning for non-nuclear surface ships, ensuring schedule adherence, and database accuracy using systems like VSB, OARS, and SMART.
Conducts detailed reviews, develops organizational or process improvements, and prepares management presentations.
Minimum qualifications include 10+ years in Navy maintenance or modernization planning, a bachelor’s degree, leadership experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred qualifications include Navy maintenance experience, a master’s degree, PMP certification, and database management skills.
Requires U.S. citizenship, Secret clearance, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication skills.
