Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of prior vehicle engine calibration experience
- Fundamental knowledge of internal combustion engines and powertrain calibration
- Working knowledge of calibration tools (INCA /ATI), emissions regulations, and powertrain technologies.
- Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in MATLAB / Simulink, INCA
- Calibration process knowledge using design of experiments and advanced optimization techniques
- Proficient in advanced simulation tools
- Proficient in CANalyzer, UDS Diagnostic protocol and services, CAN and LIN communication protocol.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop Base Engine calibration for assigned Powertrain modules
- Perform Dyno testing and fine tune the Cals as needed
- Assist in developing and executing the Base Engine test scripts
- Develop the proto models to fix Base Engine validation issues as a part of root cause analysis

to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
