Role Summary
We are seeking a Freight Payables Analyst to support freight billing operations, service provider oversight, and financial reporting activities. This role focuses on invoice processing, reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration, while also serving as an escalation point for offshore operations.

What You'll Do
Review, audit, and process freight-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions
Prepare and maintain account reconciliations and liability reporting
Support monthly close activities, including accruals
Act as an escalation point for offshore teams handling invoice processing
Partner with Commercial and Rail business teams to support initiatives and maintain strong relationships
Assist with system testing and upgrades (SAP and related systems)
Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support project work and help with work prioritization and training delivery
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Pay Details: $31.00 to $34.00 per hour
