Job Summary
As a Bartender, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience through great drinks, friendly service, and genuine hospitality. You’ll craft high-quality beverages, engage with guests in a fun and energetic atmosphere, and help keep the bar running smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and enjoys being at the center of the action.

Duties/Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beer, wine, and craft cocktails according to recipes and guest requests.
Engage with guests in a friendly, upbeat manner and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Identification checks for patrons to ensure compliance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, and other bar essentials throughout shifts.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with food runners, servers, and other team members to ensure timely service.
Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts
Contribute to creating a fun, energetic, and inclusive guest experience in the restaurant.
Other tasks that contribute to the overall efficient operation of the restaurant and store
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or state equivalent).
Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
