Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Create seasonal and signature cocktails that align with the restaurants upscale concept
- Provide attentive, personalized service to restaurant and bar guests
- Maintain full knowledge of wine lists, craft cocktails, premium spirits, and menu offerings
- Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
- Accurately process POS transactions and handle cash/credit payments
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and premium spirits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Hotel or resort experience is a plus
