We are looking for an enthusiastic friendly, organized bartender, must have a good
memory and be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with a diverse group of
customers. Energetic, confident and knowledge of alcoholic beverages
and practice good time management skills. Bartender must be able to provide an
excellent guest drinking experience and will be able to create classic and innovative
drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly
pay and tips.
Responsibilities
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and card house patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Restock, maintain cleanliness and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply beverage regulations - TABC is required and Food Server/Handlers Certificate is required
Requirements and Skills
• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• POS Bar System
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, inventory, stocked and clean
• TABC certificate required
• Authorized to work in the United States
