Responsibilities:
Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized, ensuring all supplies are readily available
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment
Maintain knowledge of the drink menu, including specials and seasonal offerings, and recommend drinks to guests
Sell and/or serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with company policies and state laws
Check IDs to verify legal drinking ag
Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other bar supplies for operation
Ensure all alcohol is stored securely and in compliance with company, state and local regulations
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
Deliver excellent service by maintaining a positive and friendly attitude with every guest, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the bar
Stay organized by keeping your workspace tidy and stocked, so you’re always ready to serve guests efficiently
Prioritize safety by following all legal and safety guidelines, including monitoring alcohol consumption and ensuring a responsible service environment
Stay knowledgeable by continuously learning about new drink trends, the menu, and any specials or promotions
Support the team by helping with opening and closing duties, stocking supplies, and assisting fellow bartenders and servers when needed
Assisting with food locations, kiosks, and stands as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and support business operations
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
You must be at least 18 years old
Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift
Food Handler’s Certification & TABC (Provided)
Ability to communicate effectively including reading, writing and speaking
Be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
1 years+ experience bartending preferred
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
All other duties necessary to support the Food & Beverage department
