As a Bartender, you will craft memorable drinks, engage guests with confidence, and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. From expertly mixed cocktails to personalized recommendations, your attention to detail and ability to multitask will elevate every guest’s visit.
What You’ll Do - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests
- Engage with guests to assess preferences and provide tailored drink recommendations
- Deliver a welcoming, polished, and memorable guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout each shift
- Set up and break down bar stations, including restocking and maintaining storage areas
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized to standard
- Verify guest identification and uphold responsible alcohol service practices
- Recognize when to limit alcohol service to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Confidently upsell beverages that enhance the dining experience
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage pairings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, confined space
- Understanding of and compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Physical stamina: ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol
