SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to guests and beverage servers in a fast-paced gaming and hospitality environment. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes, company standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. This role plays a key part in guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and upholding the overall image and reputation of the casino.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bartender’s license must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment. Must be able to work unusual hours, days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to withstand a background check. Preference given to qualified Menominee or other Native American applicants.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to use basic math skills: addition and subtraction to be able to give proper change. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draws valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
