We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-focused bartenders to craft exceptional cocktails and create memorable moments for our guests. At Chop, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do — if you bring passion, professionalism, and energy behind the bar, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
Provide a full experience to the guests at the bar by making thoughtful recommendations and guest connections
Prepare and craft both classic and signature cocktails
Recommend wine pairings based on guest preferences and menu selections
Create a welcoming, vibrant bar environment that enhances the guest experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
Ensure all guests meet the legal drinking age by checking valid IDs
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service across the restaurant
What We’re Looking For:
Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service environment
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
Professional communication skills and a guest-first attitude
Ability to stay organized, work cleanly, and manage a high-volume bar
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including lunches, evenings, and weekends
