As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving drinks to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable time at our establishment. Your role is vital in maintaining the lively atmosphere of our bar and delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Engage with guests, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all responsible alcohol service laws.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Create and develop new drink recipes, contributing to our ever-evolving menu.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid ABRA (Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration) license.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a busy setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
