We are a high volume, local restaurant that serves high quality food in a casual atmosphere and strive to provide excellent service to all that enter our doors.
We are looking for an experienced bartender to work in a high-volume atmosphere. We have a large wine list and specialize in craft cocktails. We would like someone that is great at dealing with guests and can work efficiently with their time.
Responsibilities
Take food and/or drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
Engage with customers in a friendly manner
Have knowledge of our menus and ability to make suggestions
Prep bar juices and syrups
Prepare alcoholic beverages for guests
Keeping bar stocked on necessary items to get through the shift
Prepare checks and take payments
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and bar area
Running orders to tables or Curbside pickup
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as a server, similar style restaurant preferred
Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
