Bartender Job Opening at Full Throttle Distillery Smokehouse and Grill
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse in Branson, MO. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, while providing exceptional service and crafting delicious cocktails made with Full Throttle spirits.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Interact with customers, take orders, and make recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Adhere to all alcohol and food safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a Smart certificate
- Must be able to consistently arrive to shift on time with little to no call-outs.
Compensation starts at $8.00 per hour plus tips. Quarterly reviews and growth opportunities.
