Pack's Tavern is looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join one of the busiest bars in downtown Asheville. Top performers regularly earn over $1000/week in tips.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly, attentive service at the bar
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Follow all ABC laws and company policies
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Manage and distribute to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely handoff to guests
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
Training Expectations:
- Training will include time on the floor to learn our menu and service standards
- Ability to support both bar and restaurant operations when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred (strong serving experience considered)
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay composed in a high-volume environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
