Earl and Isabella's Taverna is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. We are an Italian-inspired restaurant where the bar plays a central role in the guest experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values genuine hospitality, and takes pride in precision and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to bar and dining room guests

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency

• Execute Italian staples such as Negronis, Spritz variations, and digestivi service

• Guide guests through wine, amaro, and cocktail selections

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

• Follow all alcohol service laws and company standards

• Accurately process payments and maintain POS integrity

• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending experience (craft or high-volume preferred)

• Knowledge of classic cocktails and Italian spirits (amaro, vermouth, grappa)

• Basic wine knowledge required

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay composed under pressure

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• TABC certification required
