Position Overview
We re looking for passionate, reliable baristas to join our team in Tamarac, Florida as we bring our coffee to life in a retail setting. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing, family-driven company that values quality, integrity, and genuine customer connection.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages
- Educate customers on our coffees and flavor profiles
- Deliver warm, welcoming, and attentive customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Contribute to a positive team environment
What We Need in a Candidate
- A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Prior barista or caf experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
