OverviewAt Boar's Head Resort , we are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Barista & Smoothie Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment while delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages.You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient Grab & Go experience for our guests, while supporting broader Food & Beverage operations during peak times.What You'll DoPrepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and light food itemsProvide friendly, efficient, and personalized guest serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked café/Grab & Go areaProcess transactions accurately using POS systemsRestock products, merchandise, and supplies throughout the shiftAssist with opening and closing dutiesSupport Food & Beverage operations as needed, including poolside service support during peak periodsUphold all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious barista, café, or food & beverage experience preferredPositive attitude with a strong guest service mindsetAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectivelyStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, punctual, and detail‑orientedFlexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak summer seasonWork EnvironmentFast‑paced café and Grab & Go settingMay include indoor and outdoor service environmentsStanding for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.Schedule & PayFull‑Time, Seasonal role with variable hours based on business needsOpportunity for additional hours through cross‑training in other Food & Beverage areasCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience)Why Join UsAt Boar's Head Resort, we deliver a Forbes‑level experience to our guests—and that starts with our team.
