Barista (Litchfield Starbucks)

As a Barista, you will play an important role in delivering a welcoming and efficient café experience. This position involves preparing beverages and food items, assisting guests with their orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Accurately enter guest orders into the point-of-sale system and handle cash or card transactions
• Deliver friendly and efficient service to guests, creating a positive and engaging experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café, following all company and regulatory standards
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflow during busy periods
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines while preparing and serving products
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership
