NEW Location:
- Tatte Bakery & Cafe - Ashburn, VA - Opening Soon!
Pay Ranges:
- Line Cook: $19 to $23 per hour
- Prep Cook: $18.75 to $22 per hour
- Barista: $15 to $16.75 /hr + TIPS (typically $20-24/hr+, including tips)
- Counter Team Member: $12.80 to $14.30 /hr + TIPS (typically $20-24/hr+, including tips)
- Pay rate is determined by prior experience.
Tatte front-of-house team members welcome and care for guests in our cafes. Baristas and Counter Team Members will have a working knowledge of all Tatte products, delivering delicious drinks, savory dishes and pastries, operating the point-of-sale register, and keeping a clean and organized workspace.
Our back-of-house Team Members make all our dishes from scratch, with a deep commitment to uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. They are passionate about food and genuine hospitality, and work together as a team to prepare dishes in accordance with Tatte guidelines to ensure the highest quality while adhering to specific recipe and sanitation standards.

We expect our Baristas and Counter Team Members to:
- Have engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills and presence
- Have a passion for and deep knowledge of our coffee menu, our bakery and savory offerings, and genuine hospitality
- Have a desire to help where needed and work as part of a team

- Have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, & afternoons/evenings
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista or restaurant team member is preferred!
We expect our Kitchen team members to:
- Ideally, Prep Cook and Line Cook applicants will have at least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Possess a passion for cooking with a keen eye for freshness, quality and cleanliness

- Have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, & afternoons/evenings
- Have a desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
Essential Functions/Working Conditions:
- Strong communication skills to warmly engage with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to grasp and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift, move, and carry 50+lbs
- Must be able to work 8+ hours a day on feet
