Aroma Coffee is looking for experienced, friendly, ambitious individuals with great people skills to join our team. Must have night and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, answering questions, entering orders
- Prepare drinks (grinding beans, brewing coffee/tea)
- Prepare food (sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods)
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas
- Washing dishes and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality control
Job Qualifications:
- Barista experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Regularly required to stand and walk.
- Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds.
- Regularly required to handle food and hot beverages.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
