About the Job We are looking for Baristas to join our team We are looking for full-time and part-time employees to work weekdays & weekends. We are looking for fun motivated and hardworking people to join our team. Essential Functions Greet customers as they enter with a friendly smile take drink orders from customers while paying attention to details such as preferences of drinks food beverage preferences etc. Prepare beverages following recipes exactly as specified by the recipe list. Serve beverages snacks and pastries from a stock that has been properly stored throughout the shift. Receive and process payments cash & credit cards. Cleaning duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant is preferred but not required. Basic math skills Ability to communicate clearly with manager about problems or questions that arise in the line of work. Ability to lift up to 50lbs optional. Ability to stand for long periods of time optional. Experience Guest services 1 year Preferred. Barista experience 1 year Preferred. E.O.E.
