The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality McCaf\u00e9 beverages while delivering fast, friendly service. This role ensures beverages meet McDonald's standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation while maintaining a clean and organized beverage station.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n \nPrepare McCaf\u00e9 beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, frappes, smoothies, and other specialty beverages, in accordance with McDonald's standards.\n \nFollow all recipes, build cards, and preparation procedures to ensure consistent product quality.\n \nGreet customers warmly and provide quick, accurate service.\n \nMaintain service speed while ensuring beverage quality and presentation.\n \nKeep the beverage station clean, stocked, and organized at all times.\n \nMonitor product levels and restock cups, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed.\n \nFollow all food safety and sanitation procedures.\n \nOperate coffee and beverage equipment safely and correctly.\n \nCommunicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.\n \nAssist with other restaurant duties as needed to support the team.\n \nRequirements\n \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\n \nStrong attention to detail to ensure beverage accuracy and quality.\n \nPositive attitude and strong customer service skills.\n \nAbility to follow procedures and recipes consistently.\n \nTeam-oriented with good communication skills.\n \nBasic math and cash handling skills if working a service position.\n \nPhysical Requirements\n \nAbility to stand for extended periods of time.\n \nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds.\n \nAbility to move quickly and safely within a busy restaurant environment.\n \nWork Environment\n \nFast-paced restaurant environment with frequent customer interaction.\n \nMay require early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.\n\n
