Diesel Barbershop is looking for a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist who is ready to take the next step in their career.
As a Co-Manager, you’ll continue doing what you love behind the chair while helping lead a team, support daily operations, and create an environment where both clients and team members want to come back.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who leads through action, holds high standards, and enjoys helping others succeed.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
- Provide thorough consultations and personalized recommendations
- Build lasting client relationships that drive loyalty and rebooking
- Create a consistently outstanding experience for every guest
Team Leadership
- Help train and develop barbers and stylists
- Lead by example in professionalism, attendance, and work ethic
- Support a positive, drama-free team culture
- Help maintain accountability and consistency across the shop
Shop Operations
- Assist with daily shop operations and service standards
- Support front desk procedures and appointment management
- Help ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Address guest concerns and help find solutions when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Barber or Cosmetology License
- Strong skills in men’s haircuts, fades, beard work, and styling
- Previous leadership or training experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Passionate about customer service and team development
