The Bar Supervisor supports daily bar operations to deliver top-notch service, food & beverage quality, and maximize profits.
- Supervises and trains bartenders, ensuring compliance with responsible vendor certifications and legal age verification.
- Collaborates with restaurant leaders to maintain health standards (aiming for a 98+ score), manage inventory, and schedule staff.
- Oversees product preparation, ordering, cleanliness, and organization of the bar area.
- Develops promotions, handles customer inquiries, and fosters a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintains safety, health compliance, and manages other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements: Leadership, communication, customer service, multitasking, beverage knowledge, health & safety awareness, basic math.
Qualifications: High school diploma, bartending background preferred, supervisory experience advantageous, responsible vendor certification.
Physical: Prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, legal drinking age.
