About Syndicate: The Syndicate brings Big City Dining in a Small Town, located in Downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio. We offer fresh seafood, local beef, exclusive wines & incredible craft cocktails.
Key responsibilities of a Syndicate Bar Manager:
- Inventory Control: Managing beverage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock checks.
- Financial Management: Monitoring bar sales, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.
- Customer Service: Addressing concerns, ensuring excellent service standards, and resolving complaints.
- Menu Development: Creating innovative drink menus and promotions.
- Marketing and Promotions: Implementing strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to liquor laws, health regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Bar Operations: Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and managing service flow.
Required Skills:
- Leadership and Communication: Ability to motivate and manage a team and communicate effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and prioritization.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
