Bar Manager

We are not looking for someone to manage the bar we are looking for someone to build and drive it.

We are hiring a Bar Manager to take full ownership of the bar program and lead from the floor.

This is a hands-on leadership role you will be actively working shifts, driving service, and setting the tone for the team.

You will be responsible for:

• Increasing beverage revenue
  
• Reducing ticket times and improving service flow
  
• Building a profitable, executable cocktail and wine program
  

• Lead all bar operations during service this is a working role
  
• Reduce bar ticket times and improve coordination with the kitchen and FOH
  
• Build and maintain a focused, high-performing cocktail menu
  
• Develop and manage a profitable, well-structured wine list
  
• Train and develop bartenders on speed, consistency, and upselling
  
• Drive beverage sales through service standards and team accountability
  
• Manage ordering, inventory, and beverage cost controls
  
• Ensure consistency in drink execution and presentation
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
  

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Lead Bartender in a high-volume restaurant
  
• Strong understanding of bar operations, workflow, and service speed
  
• Ability to build cocktail menus that are both appealing and executable at volume
  
• Solid knowledge of wine and beverage cost management
  
• Hands-on leader who works the floor and leads by example
  
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with FOH and BOH
