Craft 31 is a busy, locally owned restaurant known for gourmet burgers, pizza, a raw bar, and 31 craft beers on tap. Every shift is fast-moving, team-oriented, and full of opportunity to learn.
What You’ll Do:
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized throughout service
• Assist bartenders and restaurant staff during busy shifts
• Learn and perform oyster shucking safely and efficiently
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in bar and raw bar areas
• Support the team wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
• Work with urgency and stay productive throughout shifts
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Availability for nights and weekends
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
