Key Responsibilities

• Keep the bar fully stocked, clean, and organized during service
• Assist bartenders and restaurant staff during busy shifts
• Learn and perform oyster shucking safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and order in bar and raw bar areas
• Support the team to ensure smooth and timely service
• Work with urgency and stay productive throughout your shift
