- Remove used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables
- Sanitize tables and chairs
- Set tables with linens, condiments, and supplies
- Assist with dish stacking and cleaning
- Restock kitchen supplies and assist bartenders with glassware, bus tubs, and bar stocking
Qualifications include previous food service knowledge, ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
