Seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Banquet Supervisor to assist in managing banquet and catering operations, ensuring service standards, revenue maximization, and team efficiency.

  • Oversee F&B operations, maintain service quality, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
  • Prepare weekly payroll, manage staffing schedules, and coordinate banquet team activities.
  • Handle procurement, inventory, and office supplies, and develop relationships with clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Resolve team concerns, track attendance, and assist with training sessions.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth daily operations and support the Director of Event Operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, approve hours, and ensure adherence to policies.

Qualifications include a minimum of three years in high-volume catering, supervisory experience preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
