JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly reports to the Banquet Manager, Executive Chef, and F&B Director.
• Oversee the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers.
• Act as the personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests.
• Provide ongoing direction, supervision, and monitoring to banquet staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of room facilities set-up, including audiovisual and F&B, so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement and maintenance of division standards, and profit maximization.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel customer service role.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
