The Banquet Server provides prompt, courteous food and beverage service during events such as meetings, weddings, and social functions.
- Supports event execution by following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and maintaining service standards.
- Works as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to safety, brand, and hospitality standards.
- This seasonal role runs from mid-May to mid-September, requiring flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred experience includes banquet or food service; certification for alcohol service may be required.
- Responsibilities include setting up banquet rooms, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with setup/breakdown, and responding to guest needs.
- Requires strong communication, teamwork, professional demeanor, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Compensation is $25/hr, based on experience, with schedules varying according to operational needs.
