Work well with co-workers as part of a team. Read and understand Banquet Event Orders and carry out the instructions given on the Banquet Event Orders.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Prepare and serve meal accompaniments to banquet attendees.• Perform side work.• Open & pour bottled wine for guests along with other table beverages.• Knowledge of current menu being served and ability to describe ingredients.• Take note of special guest requests andor allergies and act accordingly.• Bus and set tablesstations as needed.• Keep various stations replenished and clean i.e. deli dessert coffee espresso• Help direct guests and answer questions about facility.• Perform other duties as assigned.• Must have food and wine knowledge for pairing suggestions.• Communicate with support crew and management.SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
