Must be at least 18 years old, fluent in English, and complete TIPS training within 60 days. Requires knowledge of various food service styles, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Physical requirements include prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving carts weighing approximately 200 pounds. Key duties involve setting up banquet events, taking and serving beverage and food orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include adhering to liquor regulations, assisting with event setup, and supporting team members. Certification in alcohol awareness and guest relations experience are desirable. Must maintain punctuality, confidentiality, and uphold service standards. This role involves working in varied environments, including outdoors and around chemicals.
