The Banquet Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet and catered events, ensuring high standards of luxury service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead event setup, execution, and breakdown, reviewing BEOs for accuracy and coordinating with departments.
- Deliver exceptional banquet service, maintain active floor presence, and ensure proper etiquette and presentation.
- Hire, train, and supervise banquet staff, fostering a team focused on luxury standards and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, culinary, and vendors to ensure seamless event operations.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure billing accuracy.
- Enforce health, safety, and service regulations, conducting regular inspections.
- Require 3-7 years of hospitality management experience, supervisory skills, and relevant certifications.
- Must possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in indoor and outdoor settings.
