Banquet Manager

The Banquet Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet and catered events, ensuring high standards of luxury service and guest satisfaction.

• Lead event setup, execution, and breakdown, reviewing BEOs for accuracy and coordinating with departments.
• Deliver exceptional banquet service, maintain active floor presence, and ensure proper etiquette and presentation.
• Hire, train, and supervise banquet staff, fostering a team focused on luxury standards and guest engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, culinary, and vendors to ensure seamless event operations.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Enforce health, safety, and service regulations, conducting regular inspections.
• Require 3-7 years of hospitality management experience, supervisory skills, and relevant certifications.
• Must possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in indoor and outdoor settings.
