  • Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
  • Oversee a flawless event setup: Supervise and assist Houseperson team in setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, ensuring all event specifications are met
  • Maintain spotless event spaces: Lead and assist in cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, waxing floors, and disposing of trash
  • Support event operations: Help plan, organize, and execute banquet functions to ensure smooth and efficient event delivery
  • Collaborate for success: Lead and/or participate in department meetings to ensure the team is aligned and well-prepared for banquet operations
