We are hiring Seasonal & Full-Time Banquet Cooks to prepare food for large-scale events and banquets.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in food prep, preferably in banquet settings.
- Responsible for following recipes, food safety, and timely food production.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Skills include knife techniques, menu planning, garnishing, and equipment use.
- Must obtain a CA Food Handler card within 30 days of hire.
- Requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 lbs, and stand for long periods.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills are essential.
