Seeking an experienced Banquet Chef to oversee a busy banquet kitchen in a full-service hotel and conference center. This key #2 kitchen management role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and culinary expertise in high-volume banquet preparation, including weddings, chef's tables, and wine dinners. Responsibilities include mentoring culinary and sanitation staff under the Executive Chef.
