The Banquet and Hospitality Lead is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support during events at the Grand Hall.
They will coordinate and supervise Banquet Attendant staff, prepare for back-to-back rentals, and oversee room setup, including tables, chairs, and AV equipment for clients, caterers, and vendors.
The role includes maintaining inventory of linens, equipment, and furnishings, ensuring smooth event operations, and delivering high-quality service.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of hospitality or customer service experience, a valid Texas Class C Driver's License, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This part-time position offers a pay range of $15.87-$18.76 per hour, with hours varying based on event schedules.
