Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Bankruptcy Paralegal to join a growing law firm in the Woodbridge, NJ area. The compensation range is $85-90K annual base salary depending upon experience. Training on bankruptcy to be provided to those with collections or commercial litgation experience.

Job Responsibilities
Bankruptcy Paralegal Responsibilities are:
- Handle commercial collections and bankruptcy cases from beginning to end.
- Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- E-filing for state level with bankruptcy courts with some federal courts as well as word processing
- Represent clients, including court hearings and trials, including responding to inquiries
- Conduct legal research
Qualifications
Bankruptcy Paralegal Position requirements are:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relations skills
