Bankruptcy Attorney

Our client, a leading multi‑state financial services law firm, is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join their National Bankruptcy team in Nevada. This role focuses on representing institutional mortgage lenders and servicers in Chapters 7, 13, and 11, with an emphasis on protecting and enforcing secured‑creditor rights throughout the full lifecycle of a bankruptcy caseKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent creditors in Nevada Bankruptcy Courts, handling matters such as proofs of claim, motions for relief from stay, plan review and objections, loan‑modification oversight, and post‑petition complianceDevelop and execute end‑to‑end legal strategies that align with investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client objectivesProvide clear, timely guidance to clients on complex bankruptcy and servicing issues to minimize risk and maximize recoveriesManage a high‑volume caseload in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong court‑facing and borrower‑facing communicationAttend hearings, mediations, and related proceedings throughout the State of NevadaQualifications2–3 years of bankruptcy practice experience, including at least 1 year representing creditors in Nevada Bankruptcy CourtsActive member of the Nevada Bar in good standingStrong legal writing, analytical, and communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to evolving client and court needsProficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with technology‑driven legal systemsHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of independently managing files from start to finishCollaborative mindset with a commitment to quality, problem‑solving, and positive team engagement#J-18808-Ljbffr
