Job Details

We are seeking a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney with approximately 2–3 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling matters involving:
Chapter 11 business bankruptcies
Creditors’ rights litigation
Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC)
Complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation
Avoidance and adversary actions
Fiduciary and insolvency-related representation

This attorney will work closely with shareholders and teams across multiple offices while gaining significant exposure to sophisticated restructuring and litigation matters.

Qualifications:
2–3 years of bankruptcy and/or commercial litigation experience
Admitted to The Florida Bar
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Experience handling hearings, depositions, mediations, and motions preferred
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
