Description
Location: Jacksonville, FL Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Support routine day-to-day operations of consumer and commercial banking.
Assist with service transactions and support multi-channel inbound referrals.
Verify daily proofs and process payments that may require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
Answer service and referral calls, respond to customer questions, and assist with service transactions.
Ensure daily proofs and reconciliations comply with corporate accounting and control policies.
Validate the accuracy of payments, tickets, and online entries.
Provide solutions to customer, branch, or bank inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
Investigate customer inquiries using multiple resources and records.
Enter transactions into CRT/PC and balance general ledger accounts.
Ensure work is properly safeguarded and controlled in accordance with banking policies and procedures.
Assist with subject matter expert projects as requested.
