Summary
Reporting into the FP&A Director, the Business Analyst involves meticulous oversight of sales and KPIs, encompassing daily, weekly, monthly, and YTD reporting. This includes proactive scrutiny of retail KPIs, such as conversion rates, traffic, and product category performance, with detailed explanations for any variances provided to management. The analyst also plays a pivotal role in setting daily sales targets, conducting ad hoc analyses on various aspects like sales density and competitor benchmarking, and preparing comprehensive recaps for executive store visits. Additionally, the position actively supports the monthly, half-year, and year-end closing processes, contributing to the seamless submission of sales reports to HQ and collaborating with the FP&A Director on budgeting and forecasting for retail sales across channels and countries.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $ $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year.
